| dc.description.abstract | Taipoxin以[125I]標識後,毒性不受影嚮。[125I]taipoxin與天竺鼠大腦神經鍵體(synaptosome)有專一性結合。其平衡解離常數Kd=1.5×10^(-8)M,結合體數目n=18 pmol/mg of protein。結合體間略有協和性(positive cooperativity),且[125I] taipoxin與神經鍵體之結合不需要Ca2+。[125I]taipoxin在非神經組織亦有專一性結合。[125I]taipoxin與神經鍵體及其他數種次細胞部份的結合能力相近。[125I]taipoxin之結合不受其他蛇毒蛋白質的抑制,可知其結合體不同於其他毒素者。Synaptosome經多種處理後,與[125I]taipoxin的結合影響不大。 | zh_TW |
