dc.description.abstract | 草蝦(Penaeus monodon)養殖在台灣十分盛行,但對生殖生理卻不清楚,一般業者只以剪眼柄方式來促進蝦母的性腺成熟及排卵。本研究的目的在於探討草蝦性釋素(LHRH)的存在,以期瞭解草蝦的生殖體系,有助於養蝦事業。 活雌草蝦於市場購回後,將肝胰臟取出,以鹽酸萃取,經中和離心後,取其上清液,利用放射免疫法及周邊環流法分別測定其性釋素之免疫性及生物活性。並以Sephadex G-25色層分析管作純化工作,並對肝胰臟所含之蛋白?對測定工作的影響作一探討。 結果發現:雖然有酵素可影響放射免疫法及周邊環流法的測定;但酵素經加熱後破壞後,萃取液仍具有性釋素的免疫性及生物活性。而萃取液經性釋素抗體沉澱後,其上清液可使腦下腺分泌LH的能力降低八倍。經分析管分離可得到四個放射免疫高峰,其中一個高峰與標?性釋素的位置相近。 由於肝胰臟不是一個生殖內分沁器官,而於其萃取液可測得類性釋素的活性,並對哺乳類腦下腺分泌LH有促進作用,幫在結構上應與哺乳類的性釋素作進一步的比較,及探討類性釋素存在於肝胰臟的生理意義。 | zh_TW |
