dc.description.abstract日本鰻(Anguilla japonica)浸泡以福馬林殺菌之Edwardsiella anguillimortifera疫苗後,其淋巴球再經E.angullimortifera抗原刺激,則會釋放出一種可溶性物質(移行抑制因數),以抑制天竺鼠腹腔洗出細胞之移行。淋巴球自鰻魚浸泡E.anguillmortifera疫苗後,第6天即具有產生移行抑制因數之能力,並可維持151天,而以血液中之淋巴球維持之時日最長。攝餌組之鰻魚淋巴球之移行抑制效率(% of inhibition),較不投餌組高。zh_TW
