dc.description.abstract | 本研究是試驗植物性RNA對於動物體內血紅素及紅血球數量的影晌。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study was conducted to determine the effects at yeast RWA on the. synthesis of hemoglobin. and RBC count in pond loach Misgurnus anguillicaudatus (CANTOR) The experiment was divided into 3 parts. Every part took the different dosage of yeast RNA. The experimental animals were injected intraperitonialy with 0.1 ml solntion per animal. Part I. 140 of pond 1oack were allotted. into 5 groups by random. Group A was used as the initial eontrol. Group B, the experimental control, was injected with 7% NaCl solution. The other three groups ere inject repectively with 0.02, 0.04 and 0.08 mg/O. lml of yeast RNA. Part II. 170 of pond loach were alloted into 6 groups by random. Group A was used as the initial control. Croup B, the experimental control, injeced with 0.7% NaCl solutio. The other four groups were injected respectively with 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 mg/0.1 ml of ysast A. Part III. 140 of pond loach were allotted into groups by random. Group A was se s the initial control. Group B, the experimental control, was injected with pure water. The other three groups were injected respectively with 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0 mg/0.l ml of yeast RNA in water. All of thee were injected at 5-day interval. Bach five day, 4 Bond loach from each group were Sacrified for determing the hemoglobin and RNA count. The results of these experiments were as followsa: 1. The experiment groups of Bart I were compaced wish initial control, pond leach injected with the doses of 0.04mg and 0.08mg PNA Were found that their hemoglobin concentration were 9.00% and 6.35% higher than the initial control reepetively, and that their RBC court were 8.31% and 8.00% higher than the control, too. 2. Part II. Pond loach injected with the doses of G. S. 1.0, 1.5, and 2.0 mg RNA were found that tmeir hemoglobin concentration were 4.67%, 6.28%, 3.96% and 6.11% higher than the conirol resiectively, and that their RBO count were l2.44% 15.54% 9.27% and 11.21%-higher than the eontrol. 3. Part III, Pond loach injected with the doses of 2.0, 4.0, and 6.0 mg RNA were found that their hemoglobin concentration. were 10.99%, 11.11%,and 9.01% higher then the initial control reonectivesly and their RBC count were 6.98%, and 10.28% higher than the control. 4. The difference between the. experimentel groups and the control denerming by the F test method, was significance in their bemoglobin conoentrition and RBC count. | en |
