dc.description.abstract本研究乃嘗試利用EK-1細胞及RTG-2細胞自罹患腎腫瘤之日本鰻(Angu11a japonica)分離病毒。並進行病毒特性之試驗及鑑定。
實驗結果顯示由腎腫瘤病鰻組織包括肝、腎、脾臟及生殖腺所分離出之病毒對50-75℃之溫度具有抵抗性,不會為有機溶劑(乙醚、氯仿)降低共活性。其對酸性、中性則其活性很穩定,但對較高的PH值,如10.0、11.0 ,稍微有感受性。用電子顯微鏡觀察,則可發現病毒之形狀是六角形,其大小直徑約為78nm。用抗EVE家免血清做中和試驗及螢光抗體試驗的結果,證明本病毒之血清型與EVE相符。由以上結果證實本病毒為EVE。
將實驗病毒注射於鯉魚、吳郭魚及鰻魚時,發現本病毒在低水溫時對吳郭魚及鰻魚、鯉魚具有致病力,且由實驗組的死亡魚體中可再分離出病毒,但卻不能發現肉眼可見的病徵。
