| dc.description.abstract | 電子出版的成熟以及網際網路的盛行，使得資訊得以快速地生產和傳播，網路上的資訊正以驚人的速度成長。使用者在取用圖書館網站大量的電子資源和各項服務內容時，面臨了資訊超載的問題。為幫助使用者過濾資訊，減輕資訊超載之壓力，圖書館開始在網站上發展個人化服務，以提昇服務品質與形象。但圖書館網站發展個人化服務必須花費相當多的時間、人力與金錢；因此，在發展個人化服務之前，必須先考慮使用者有無需要，以及所需求的服務內容為何？才能使個人化服務符合使用者的需求，讓使用者喜愛利用，進而發揮其功能。 本論文之研究目的在於瞭解國內外圖書館網站個人化服務的現況與情形、探討大學圖書館網站使用者對圖書館網站個人化服務之需求內容及需求程度，以及進一步探討使用者之身分別與學院別、網路使用行為以及圖書館網站的使用頻率，是否對圖書館網站個人化服務的需求內容及程度造成差異。綜合上述研究結果，提出具體建議，以供大學圖書館網站發展個人化服務之參考。 本研究結果顯示：(1)圖書館網站的個人化服務多以提供個人化資訊環境為主；(2)大學圖書館網站之使用者傾向於需要個人化服務；(3)個人化服務必須建立於使用者個人隱私受到保障之基礎上；(4)使用者對個人興趣紀錄檔的需求程度最低，但個人興趣紀錄檔內容之完善與否和個人化服務功能是否能發揮為使用者過濾資訊之效果息息相關；(5)使用者對個人化資訊環境及相關功能之需求高於其他個人化服務功能；(6)相較於社群交流與分享的功能，使用者較重視館藏目錄和資料庫檢索之個人化；(7)使用者身分別對個人化服務之需求達到顯著性差異。 本論文就上述研究結果提出五點建議：(1)大學圖書館網站可發展個人化服務以提昇服務品質；(2)發展個人化服務時，宜建立完善的使用者個人興趣紀錄檔；(3)圖書館網站個人化服務，宜提供使用者一個人化資訊環境；(4)圖書館網站個人化服務，宜訂定明確的隱私權保護政策；(5)圖書館網站若已提供個人化服務，宜加以推廣與行銷。 | zh_TW |
