dc.description.abstract | 摘要 近年來,科技與網際網路迅速發展,圖書館引進各項技術,將之應用於圖書館的服務中,增進或改變了圖書館的作業程式;加上使用者使用大量的網路資源,資訊需求日多,參考問題數量下降,都對圖書館產生相當大的衝擊。圖書館為提昇服務,新興服務隨之而生,其中數位參考服務(Digital Reference Services)是參考館員利用電腦和網路,以數位元化的方式(如電子郵件、線上交談、視訊參考等)進行的服務,協助使用者查尋資訊或回答問題,提供使用者遠端、即時和無時空限制的服務。 本論文研究目的在於探討數位參考服務之意義、內涵與形式:探討國內外數位參考服務實施的狀況;調查國內大學圖書館數位參考服務現況及對其看法;綜合文獻分析與調查結果,對數位參考服務提出具體建議,以做為國內圖書館建置與實施數位參考服務時之參考。 本論文研究結果顯示:(1)國內大學圖書館參考服務工作多無專責部門,但仍多由專職參考館員負責;(2)國內大學圖書館大部份已提供數位參考服務,尚未訂定明確的數位參考服務政策,亦缺乏使用者評估;(3)國內外大學圖書館認為數位參考服務使得參考工作可透過多管道進行,適合回答使用者建議的問題和快速參考問題,問題內容變得更多樣化;(4)電子郵件是國內外大學圖書館數位參考服務中最普遍使用的形式,尚未有圖書館提供視訊參考服務,而國內外大學圖書館差異最大的項目是線上交談;(5)國內外大學圖書館參考館員需要數位元參考服務的繼續教育,以增進其知識與技術;(6)國內大學圖書館認為未來為傳統參考服務和數位參考服務二者並存;(7)聯合數位參考服務是未來的趨勢之一。本論文就上述研究結果,提出五點建議:(1)觀摩國外大學圖書館經驗以加強國內圖書館對數位參考服務的概念與認識;(2)積極推廣國內大學圖書館之數位參考服務;(3)大學圖書館應訂定數位參考服務政策並進行使用者評估;(4)重視與落實大學圖書館各項數位參考服務之形式與內容;(5)瞭解使用者和館員對數位參考服務的態度和看法。 | zh_TW |
