| dc.description.abstract | 國家若不能透過不斷學習，培養優質國民與人才，勢將無法促進產業升級，加速經濟繁榮，提升國家競爭力，在國際爭得一席之地，放眼當前先進國家，無一不重視終身學習課題。終身學習所重即管理與利用資訊的能力，資訊能力因此與閱讀、寫作和數學並列為大學生四項必備基本能力，故歐美著名大學紛紛開設「資訊素養」相關課程。資訊素養指的是「個人具有能力知覺到何時需要資訊、且能有效地查尋、評估、組織、與使用所需的資訊」是一種學習如何學習的知識與技能，以建立學生有效運用資訊與創造知識的能力，因此如何發展學生獨立自導的資訊素養教育，營造全民學習成長環境，應是當前教育一大課題。邁入構建當前知識經濟全民共享福祉的新社會，深入分析國內外大學資訊素養教育，將有助國內終身學習教育之規劃。 本研究目的為探討大學資訊素養教育，首先蒐集國內外文獻，瞭解大學資訊素養有關之教育內容、課程發展模式、教學方法、評鑑方式與相關教學研究；其次內容分析介紹22門美國「圖書館利用教育資料交換中心」推薦之課程與7門國內臺大、交大、清大、成大、海洋大學、世新大學及中州技術學院開授之相關資訊素養通識課程；最後問卷調查33位授課教師與臺灣大學283位學生對大學資訊素養教育之看法，提供未來大學資訊素養教育之參考。 問卷調查分析顯示，教師與學生對資訊素養相關課程之教學對象、教學目標、教學策略與方法、教學內容、教學評估與學習相關輔助資源之看法，有部分差異。研究結果指出：資訊素養課程以美國圖書館學會之資訊素養定義為教育推廣理念；大學「一年級」是資訊素養最適學習時機；資訊素養課程多納入通識教育規劃；資訊素養課程應依「學科」作區隔；大學資訊素養課程應以「問題解決導向」設計；資訊素養課程開發與組織方式多樣；資訊素養課程教育目標多元教學內容廣泛；資訊素養課程評估方式尚未普遍建立；網路化資訊素養課程已經萌芽；資訊素養課程推廣不夠；圖書館在資訊素養教育當中所居角色重要。 最後針對研究結果提出五項建議：一、強化大學圖書館資訊素養教育功能；二、規劃校園資訊素養教育；三、開發資訊素養網路教學課程；四、推動資訊素養通識教育課程；五、落實資訊素養教育基礎建設。 | zh_TW |
