| dc.description.abstract | 摘要 本研究之目的係利用專利引用網路與技術分類，探討我國資訊電子業之發展，以及公司之關聯性，並比較專利引用網路與技術分類之關係。本研究所調查之資訊電子業公司，係根據天下雜誌1000大製造業特刊所刊載之資訊業、電子業、半導體業與通訊業公司，並刪除專利數5篇以下者，研究對象計有59家公司。根據檢索結果，59家公司於1992年至2000年間所擁有之美國專利數，總計有5,513篇，共包含引用專利數32,945篇。 本研究採用文獻分析法、資料庫檢索、技術類別分析及書目耦合分析等研究方法。分析方式係以三年為一時段進行技術類別分析；同時亦以三年為一時段，對研究對象之引用專利進行書目耦合分析，再利用集群分析及多維尺度法繪製專利引用網路。 根據研究結果，本研究提出下列幾點發現：1．我國資訊電子業中，以半導體業之專利數最多，尤其在1995年至1997年這段期間，技術之發展最為迅速；2．各時段之專利分類號，皆以分類號HO1L最多，其主要技術係與半導體設備相關，且該類號所佔比例之消長，與半導體業專利數之變化情況類似；3．引用專利數隨專利數多寡而變動，但平均引用專利數則與專利數無絕對之關係；4．根據技術類別分析，可發現半導體相關技術的發展在1995年至1997年間已相當成熟，且公司間的技術關係特別明顯；5.專利引用網路顯示，我國資訊電子業公司間之關係逐漸由分散走向集中，且產業間的界線已愈來愈模糊，甚至有重疊的現象；6.半導體業公司間的技術相關性為各產業中最高者，且相關技術隨時間演進呈現多元發展；7．資訊業涵蓋範圍最廣，包括電腦週邊設備、掃瞄器、顯示器等產品為主之子集合，且子集合中之成員彼此關係密切。 | zh_TW |
