| dc.description.abstract | 虛擬社群是指個人因興趣或需求在網路空間中相互交流進而發展出人際關係，並組織成的一個自發性群體或組織。目前全球資訊網上的虛擬社群網站數量與種類越來越多，透過使用者評估研究之進行，可以瞭解使用者之需求與對虛擬社群網站之評估標準。因此本研究即以臺北市鄰?社區聯網系統（TaipieLink）為研究對象，以使用者的角度進行網站系統評估研究。 本研究之進行方式包括問卷調查與焦點團體訪談法。問卷調查法是藉由詢問使用者對TaipicLink所提供之各項服務功能、內容資訊、以及系統與介面設計等項目之滿意程度，瞭解其對目前網站系統的評價。而焦點團體法則是根據問卷調查之結果，針對其中值得深入探討的項目，透過設計討論主題之方式進行使用者意見收集。本研究中共回收274份有效問卷，以及訪談10位TaipicLink的會員。 除針對TaipieLink各項服務功能、內容資訊、以及系統與介面設計等方面提出意見與建議外，本研究結果亦利用統計上之因素分析法，將使用者對TaipieLink的各項評估標準進行構面縮減，共萃取出六組共同因素，以作為未來建構虛擬社群網站評估標準之參考。六組共同因素分別命名為「網站內容、介面設計與整體評鑑」、「公共事務參與」、「系統運作與相關資料之提供」、「互動性」、「線上服務」、「會員資料維護」。 根據研究結果，本研究分別就未來TaipieLink以及其他虛擬社群網站提出建議。在TaipieLink方面，應彰顯其促進公共事務參與的成立宗旨，整合臺北市政府的資源與服務，重視網頁介面與架構設計之可用性，充實線上輔助操作說明指引，並加強網站系統之安全與會員資料之備援工作。而對未來虛擬社群網站之發展方面，建議各網站經營者應重視使用者評估研究之進行，加強網站會員管理制度，建立明確且獨特的網站成立宗旨，並充分發揮資訊整合者的功能。 | zh_TW |
