| dc.description.abstract | 線上公用目錄（online Public access catalogs，簡稱OPAC）為圖書館館藏的檢索工具及資源指引，使用者可以透過終端機對機讀形式的書目資料進行檢索，近年來各圖書館與自動化廠商遂相繼發展以web為介面的線上公用目錄，提供了線上公用目錄另一個可選擇的使用者介面。國內外對於線上公用目錄之研究相當豐富，但畫面或顯示格式的探討實不多見，畫面設計的良窳不但影響系統功能的使用容易度及操作速度、使用者對資訊的瞭解及吸收以及對系統的第一印象與滿意程度。大多數的圖書館仍受限於原本圖書館自動化系統且其設計多從系統角度出發，對於線上公用目錄畫面之認識及經驗之欠缺，著實應該加強這方面觀念並重視線上公用目錄畫面之美觀，以提供讀者符合介面特色與其需求之WebPAC畫面。 本研究彙整現有少數線上公用目錄畫面設計相關文獻以及網頁設計和網頁可及性原則之研究，並以目前國內大學圖書館中最常使用的線上公用目錄系統，依序為INNOPAC（以臺灣大學為例）、URICA（以輔仁大學為例）、TOTALS（以清華大學為例）、DYNIX（以文化大學為例）等四個系統為內容分析之對象，瀏覽各系統之主畫面，並以利用「作者＝劉其偉」檢索詞彙實際查詢以檢視檢索畫面及書目顯示畫面，以瞭解國內大學圖書館WebPAC畫面設計之現況。 綜合文獻分析與四校畫面設計之現況與優缺點，歸納出國內大學圖書館WebPAC畫面設計原則分為一般原則、導覽及連結、版面編排、文字、背景、色彩及圖像等部分。一般原則部分，包括：支援瀏覽器、瀏覽介面、多語文畫面、畫面風格、設計及資訊、其他物件技術、輔助訊息；導覽及連結部分包括：連結正確性、項目名稱、頁框、導覽功能及設計；版面編排包括螢幕大小、編排方式、畫面分隔及重要資訊設計；文字包括字體大小、字型、每行字數、對齊方式、標點符號、用詞及英文大小寫；背景部分包括背景色及背景檔；色彩部分包括數量、色彩使用及特殊設計；圖像部分包括圖像運用、圖像檔數量與大小、ALT語法。 最後依據研究結果，提出對WebPAC畫面設計之建議：一、WebPAC畫面設計建議，包括畫面設計一致性、設計流暢的導覽功能、保持簡單的原則、使用慣例的設計、提供「無障礙空間」的WebPAC、理性與感性兼具；二、以使用者為畫面設計的核心考量；三、進行畫面評估瞭解設計者與使用者的差異；四、培養設計者與使用者的資訊素養能力；五、建立圖書館風格與讀者的信任感。 | zh_TW |
