| 摘要: | 利用逆相層析法，由豬的精漿中分離出兩種具有抑制精子活動能力的蛋白質（Jeng等，1993）。此兩種蛋白質以質譜儀分析，其質量分別為10067.0與10068.0，相差1個dalton，而利用蛋白質等電點分析，發現其等電點分別為7及7.5，由胺基酸序列分析發現此兩種蛋白互為異構物（趙，1997），而且為已知的蛋白質－微精漿蛋白(β-microseminoprotein; β-MSP)。本實驗運用基因選殖的技術將β-MSP cDNA載入表現質體中，並產製出重組β-MSP蛋白(recombinant β-MSP Two sperm motility inhibitors have been purified from porcine seminal plasma by reversed-phase HPLC.
