dc.description.abstract | 本文探討海瓜仔(Tapes variegata Sowerby)生殖季節的變化及其棲所之特性,藉供拓展其養殖的參考依據。從1980年元月至1981年元月間,每月定期從澎湖潮間帶取得海瓜仔標本,共計1304個,觀察其生殖腺之發育成熟度,並就其棲息區域作底質的粒度組成及海瓜仔稚貝的調查。研究結果簡略如下: 一、海瓜仔分佈於潮間帶,自高潮線開始,至水準60公尺以內的砂礫底質。其族?密度極低,每平方公尺總平均為0.22個個體。 二、在潮間帶採獲的海瓜仔稚貝,數量少,且大多數殼長7釐米以上之個體,殼長7釐米以下之稚貝,分佈地點與成貝不同,其確實地點尚待調查。 三、海瓜仔生殖腺的發育,從動物組織學研究上,由其組織形態將其分為六期,分別為未成熟期(Immature stage)、再發生期(Redeveloping stage)、成長期(Growth stage)、成熟期(Mature stage)、排出期(Spawning stage)及退化期(Regressive stage)。而外部形態上可區分為A.B.C三期。A期即為成熟期,B期為成長期或排出期,C期為再發生期、退化期或未成熟期。 四、海瓜仔的生物最小成熟體型為殼長19-20釐米,雌雄性比為1:1。雌雄生殖腺為同步發育。 五、生殖腺之外部形態判定法分期及組織學之發育分期均與肥滿度指數相關密切。 六、春末至秋初(4月至9月)與冬季(11月至1月)為海瓜仔的主要生殖季節,但其他月份亦有低頻度排出(Spawning)現象。 | zh_TW |
