dc.description.abstract關於台灣地區鳥類分佈的基礎調查,至今已累積相當可觀的資料,但針對鳥類在大空間尺度的分佈特色與探討,卻少有研究觸及。本研究以台灣北部地區(宜蘭縣、苗栗縣以北)陸域繁殖性鳥類為對象,利用一致的調查方法,進行52個調查樣點、共477個取樣站的觀測,並用降趨對應分析與群集分析,找出鳥類群聚分佈的主要變異趨勢和重要的環境影響因數,以及鳥類群聚類型。本研究之目的在於:(1)探討大尺度之下鳥類的空間分佈與環境因數之關係;(2)瞭解完整環境梯度下,鳥類群聚的分佈類型及特色;(3)比較北部與中部地區鳥類的分佈是否有差異性。
研究結果發現在大空間尺度下,海拔/溫度梯度是影響鳥類分佈的重要因數,而低海拔地區鳥類則受到人為幹擾的影響頗大。鳥類相概分為六大群,大致依照海拔梯度排列,分別為:低海拔-I、低海拔-II、低海拔-III、中海拔-I、中海拔-II、高海拔。六個鳥類群聚各有其特色,由優勢鳥種來看:低海拔-I以綠繡眼為主;低海拔-II至中海拔-I,以繡眼畫眉為優勢鳥種;冠羽畫眉在中海拔-II為優勢鳥種;高海拔以火冠戴菊鳥為優勢鳥種。生態同功群組成方面:地面種食者僅在低海拔出現,樹幹覓啄者及樹層種食者僅在中、高海拔出現,地面雜食者、地面蟲食者、灌層蟲食者、樹層果食雜食者、樹層蟲食者、空中蟲食者則廣泛分佈於各群聚類型中。鳥類群聚介量方面:鳥種數、總密度以中海拔-II最高,往兩端則大致呈遞減趨勢;多樣性指數、生物量則以中海拔-I最高,往兩端大致呈遞減趨勢;均勻度指數以中海拔-I、低海拔-II、低海拔-III較高。本研究亦發現,即便北部與中部地區在相似海拔段的植群分佈不同,北部與中部地區無論在影響鳥類分佈之重要環境因數,或是各群聚介量、生物量的分佈上並無顯著差異,僅均勻度指數之分佈略有不同。
