| dc.description.abstract | 摘要 全球資訊網（World-Wide-Web，簡稱WWW）自1993年之後發展快速，豐富的網路資源與網路科技變革打破了傳統圖書館之時空障礙，使得圖書館服務內涵與理念皆需面臨重新定位與轉型。尤其對醫學圖書館而言，醫學教育與網際網路二者之關係將更形密切，醫學圖書館實應重視與利用網路的特性，迅速獲取醫學新知，提供醫療人員使用，並思考值此資訊網路化時代，圖書館固有服務類型、品質與績效的再提昇。 本論文之研究目的為：(1)藉由國內外出版文獻及醫學校院圖書館網站之研閱與瀏覽，初步瞭解圖書館醫學網路資源服務的概況；(2)透過「台灣地區醫學校院圖書館網路資源服務問卷」調查國內17所醫學校院圖書館提供網路醫學資源服務的情形及利用網路提昇資源服務品質的概況，進而探求其於實施過程中所面臨的問題及未來發展方向；(3)透過「台灣地區醫學校院圖書館館員網路使用概況問卷」調查國內17所醫學校院圖書館館員之網路素養及網路醫學資源的掌握情形。最後根據論文研究的結果，提出結論與具體建議，供各醫學校院圖書館實施網路資源服務時之參考。 本研究主要藉由問卷進行調查，自民國89年11月1日起至同年11月15日止，完成問卷之寄發與回收。圖書館調查問卷寄發與回收份數均為17份，有效問卷回收率100%；館員調查問卷寄發149份，回收116份，經去除廢卷20份，有效問卷回收率為64.4%%。總計寄發本研究問卷二種共166份，實際回收之有效問卷共計113份，總回收率為80.1%，有效問卷回收率為68.1%。 本論文所得結論可從三方面述之。 一、網路資源服務概況方面：(1)圖書館各項服務如線上聯合目錄、DOCLINE館際合作、線上資料庫等確實獲得極高的網路服務效益，並提昇服務品質；(2)國外圖書館網路醫學資源已具主題特色，而國內醫學校院圖書館在醫學主題之分科分類、資源選擇評鑑、醫學資源之合作建構、組織方式等方面仍有極多發展空間；(3)網路資源服務發展方向以持續提昇讀者資訊素養課程、加強醫學資源組織重整、提昇館員掌握醫學資源之能力、網路參考台的設置、分館分科合作網路醫學資源之整理等方向為要。 二、網路資源服務之問題：(1)網路速度與頻寬不利於傳輸醫學圖文、影像等資訊，影響服務品質；(2)網路醫學資源學術價值認定評估不易；(3)電腦科技與網路環境多變增加使用困惑；(4)館員科技素養提昇不易；(5)電子文件衍生相關問題；(6)經費問題難以解決、資訊有價仍具爭議。 三、館員網路素養方面：(l)館員網路使用經驗與相關作業應用已具相當水準；(2)館員各項網路工具熟悉度與使用度尚佳；(3)館員網路醫學資源搜尋經驗仍顯不足；(4)部份網路資源如網路醫學資源指南、醫學電子期刊、百科全書、名錄指南等，使用經驗與使用頻率未臻理想。 本論文就研究結果提出如下建議：(l)提供公眾健康資訊服務；(2)結合其他圖書館與機構建立相關醫學資料庫與網路資源；(3)設置網路化參考諮詢途徑；(4)規劃個人化資訊服務；(5)持續提昇讀者資訊素養；(6)重視館員繼續教育之需求。並針對進一步研究提出五項建議，作為未來研究時之參考。 | zh_TW |
