| dc.description.abstract | 本研究之主要目的在調查與比較國立台灣大學文學院與工學院研究生，其蕃薯藤使用及資訊尋求行?之情形，並分析學科背景是否造成研究生在蕃薯藤使用及資訊尋求行?之差異。本研究主要採用電話訪談法，以系統化抽樣方式，抽樣調查120位國立台灣大學文工學院研究生，其中包括60位文學院研究生及60位工學院研究生。研究結果顯示，兩院研究生在蕃薯藤使用及資訊尋求行?上略有差異，以下分?資訊需求、蕃薯藤使用、蕃薯藤資訊尋求三方面描述。 在資訊需求方面，首先由使用蕃薯藤目的來看，文學院研究生以使用搜尋引擎搜尋資料居多；工學院研究生則以查詢特定網站居多。而尋找資料類型上，文學院研究生以生活休閒資訊及學校報告資料?主；工學院研究生則是不一定及電腦資訊居多。在關鍵字類型上，文學院研究生以一般名詞?主；工學院研究生以專有名詞?主。而最常使用的類目方面，文學院學生以社會文化、生活休閒資訊、教育居多；工學院學生則以生活休閒資訊、電腦網路暨軟體及教育較多。 在蕃薯藤使用方面，首先探討使用頻率，文學院研究生略高於工學院研究生。學習使用蕃薯藤方法上，兩院研究生皆以依螢幕指示居多。在使用困難方面，文學院研究生以收錄網站不夠居多，工學院研究生則以連線速度過慢居多。至於滿意程度上，文學院研究生高於工學院研究生。在改進建議方面，文學院研究生以建議增加連結網站居多，工學院研究生以建議增加專業內容居多。在檢索模式的選擇上，兩院研究生皆較常使用關鍵字檢索。 蕃薯藤資訊尋求方面，先由關鍵字檢索模式來看，文學院學生平均使用3.14個字作?關鍵字，並平均修改2.37次關鍵字以利檢索，一次檢索平均?5.49分鐘。在遇檢索失敗時以更換其他搜尋引擎?多，並認?檢索失敗是因使用不當關鍵字所導致，較工學院研究對象不滿意蕃薯藤之關鍵字檢索；工學院學生則平均使用2.98個作?關鍵字，同時平均修改3.14次關鍵字以利檢索，一次檢索平均?14.68分鐘，在遇檢索失敗時以更換其他搜尋引擎?多，並認?檢索失敗是因網站資料不足所導致，較文學院學生?滿意蕃薯藤之關鍵字檢索。在網路索引模式方面，文學院學生傾向先點選小類目?多，一次檢索平均?16.17分鐘，若遇檢索失敗以更換其他搜尋引擎最多，並認?檢索失敗是因收錄網站不夠及索引功能不佳，對網路索引的滿意度?不滿意至尚可，並多認?蕃薯藤之類目分類太粗略；工學院學生以先點選大類目?多，一次檢索平均?18.71分鐘，若遇檢索失敗以換成關鍵字檢索最多，並認?檢索失敗多是因收錄網站不夠?多，對網路索引的滿意度?不滿意至尚可，同時多認?蕃薯藤之類目分類太粗略。 | zh_TW |
