dc.description.abstract | 本研究是試驗體外性、植物性的RNA對於動物體內血紅素及紅血球數量的影響。所用的動物是秀拔(Shaver) 288小公?。RNA是酵母RNA。 實驗分成兩次,每次都是150隻?,分成五組,第一組?對照組。第二組?實驗對照組,注射0.9% Nacl溶液,1ml/100gm體重。第三組注射酵母RNA 5mg/100gm體重。第四組注射酵母RNA 10mg/100gm體重。第五組注射酵母RNA 15mg/100gm體重。 第一次實驗,每五天注射及測定一次,每次每組測定五隻。第二次實驗注射一次後6, 12, 24, 36, 48, 72小時各測定一次,每次每組測定五隻,測定血紅素用ERMA光電比色計。測定紅血球用血球計數器。 根據測定的結果,發現經酵母RNA處理的各組,其血紅素和對照組比較,均有增加。第一次實驗,注射酵母RNA 5mg/100gm體重者,增加13.68%。注射酵母RNA 10mg/100gm體重者,增加15.38%。注射酵母RNA 15mg/100gm體重者,增加15.61%。第二次實驗,注射酵母RNA 5mg/100gm體重者,增加8.04%。注射酵母RNA 10mg/100gm體重者,增加10.06%。注射酵母RNA 15mg/100gm體重者,增加12.37%。經測定共F值,均有顯著性的增加。(P<0.01)。經酵母RNA處理的各組,其紅血球和對照組比較,都沒有顯著性的增加。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study is to determine the effects of yeast RNA on the synthesis of hemoglobin and R B C count in chicken. Both experiments contain 150 chickens, which allocated ramdomly into 5 groups: Group A is completely controlled; Group B is experimentally controlled and injected intramus-clarly with 0.9% NaCl solution per 100 gm. body weight; Group C, D, E, injected intramuscularly with 5 mg., 10 mg., 15 mg of yeast RNA per 100 gm. body weight, respectively. In each group, 5 chickens are used once to determine the hemoglobin with Cyanothemoglobin method and the R B C with Hemocytometer. The results are summed up as follows: 1. In Vivo, yeast RNA has a tendency to stimulate the synthesis of hemoglobin in chicken. The difference between the RNA--treated group and the controlled, which are determined by F-test, is significant. 2. In vivo, yeast RNA has no effect on RBC number of chicken. 3. According to the result of the 1st. experiment, the injected dose of yeast RNA over 10mg per 100 gm. body weight has no obvious dose-response relationship. 4. The result of the 2nd experiment shows quick stimulation of yeast RNA on the synthesis of hemoglobin. | en |
