摘要: | 國立台灣大學工程科學及海洋工程學系「運動與控制實驗室」(以下稱本實驗室)是國內最早建立潛體流體動力係數拘束模型試驗量測分析能量的實驗室,並曾經先後針對美國NSRDU之No.4621模型、T1潛體、AUV-HM1自主式水下載具以及仿德國209型潛艦模型進行流體動力係數量測分析。然而,因為試驗系統已有十年以上之閒置期,相關軟硬體有必要精進升級,其可靠度也需要重新驗證。因此,本研究以重新確立PMM試驗量測分析系統之試驗能量為目標,更新系統之硬體、重新釐清系統之基本特性,重新撰寫配套之資料擷取與分析程式,並建立更可靠之試驗流程。此外,因應試驗進行過程中可能存在的諸多變因,為確保試驗分析結果的可靠性,因此本研究也建立了可供確認試驗結果一致性之指標。本研究以過往本實驗室曾經進行試驗之仿德國209型潛艦模型為對象,進行流體動力係數分析,重建試驗流程,確認試驗分析結果的可靠性,並據以進一步分析潛艦安定性指數。 Maneuvering and control laboratory of Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering Department, National Taiwan University, the first laboratory developing a captive model test system to analyze hydrodynamic coefficients of submerged body, has already carried out oblique towing tests and PMM (Planar Motion Mechanism) tests for several submerged bodies such as model No.4621 of NSRDC, T1 axisymmetric submerged body and AUV-HM1 of NTU, and type 209 submarine of Germany. However, the PMM test system has not been used for over than 10 years, its availability and reliability needs to be reverified. Therefore, we upgrade the hardware, identify the basic characteristics and system limitation, and develop a reliable process of experiment with a newly established data acquisition and analysis program. For the sake of possible uncertainty during experiment, it is important to define indicators showing self-consistency of the experiments and validate the experiments. This research carries out a series of PMM tests and oblique towing tests for the existing model of type 209 submarine of Germany, and rebuild the test and analysis process for hydrodynamic coefficients. The reliability of obtained hydrodynamic coefficients are confirmed and applied to evaluate the dynamic stability of the submarine model. |
