dc.description.abstract | 在這篇論文中,自動洗澡機的商業計畫運用眾多分析方法來分析此商業計畫的可行性,整篇論文分成以下七點。第一點,分析高齡化社會的問題以及對於長照中心的需求。第二點,解讀這份商業計畫的動機。第三點,經由問卷調查以及訪談做出價值主張圖。第四點,自動洗澡機的原型及詳細功能介紹。第五點,運用優劣分析法及波特五力分析模型來探討市場及策略的方向。第六點,運用新創費用粗估、資產負債表、綜合損益表、現金流量表來分析此商業計畫的財務狀況。第七點,運用以上的分析方法來建立商業模式畫布圖。最後結論,自動洗澡機的商業計畫及模式將會成功並可即刻開業。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, the business plan of the automatic showering machine is analyzed based on many analysis methods. First, the overview of the aging population and the need for long-term care centers are analyzed. Second, the motivation of the business plan is explained. Third, the value proposition canvas is developed by conducting surveys and interviews. Fourth, the product and service of automatic showering machine is presented in detail. Fifth, by using the SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces, the business plan is analyzed from the marketing and strategy perspectives. Sixth, financial plan of the business plan is discussed and forecast by using the start-up cost estimation, balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow statement. Seventh, by combining the product, marketing, strategy, financial analysis, a total analysis is done for the business plan by using the business model canvas. From the above analysis on the business plan, the automatic showering machine business is concluded to be successful and ready to be started. | en |
