摘要: | 數十年來科技的快速疊代更新改變了人類生活以及工作方式,這兩年持續的中美貿易大戰以及越來越激烈的日韓紛爭均演變成為以科技為主的較量,而科技實力則是現代國與國之間的競爭實力展現。
接下來的五十年科技發展上,除了自行研發能力的提升之外應效法鄰近我們的日本,他雖然是個資源貧乏的島國小國但在這數十年來兩次由廢墟快速復甦崛起成為科技強國,日本引進了歐美強國的科技以及管理長處經過自行學習以及研發成就了日本製造產品的高品質,日本品牌全球行銷運營能力極佳,例如席捲全球的日本豐田汽車、消費電子行業的日本松下、索尼、日立以及用在飛機上基礎材料的日本東麗;日本企業這數十年間由谷底崛起並攻佔了全球市場,主因在於日本投入的研發資源充沛在基礎科學上的研究扎實,日本的企業經營管理也有獨到之處以至於日本企業在海外擴張展現了足夠的能力,日本擅長於事業計畫、效法歐美強國透過有效的教育培訓落實到企業運營上,這些日本企業管理上的優點透過本研究的三個企業研究案例有被中國企業富士康科技集團所併購的日本夏普公司、日本跟美國資本合資的日本富士全錄公司以及台灣跟日本有極深入合作的震旦集團在三個日系企業的研究發現,日系公司非常重視企業永續經營理念上的實踐,重視有持續性事業成長的各項投資,日系企業具備完整的人才培育、教育資源,在專利研發投資以及專利授權上可以進行戰略合作,在擴大在中國市場版圖上的事業合作以及資本合資是最好的合作誘因,長期的策略合作相較於短期利益更能吸引日本企業開啟雙方的合作,找出明確的合作優勢才能體現長期事業合作及戰略價值。 本研究提示了跟日本企業往來時應該注意的細節,日本股票上市公司連續發生的品質跟財務資料造假狀況為例,本研究歸咎其原因在於日本的民族性及日本文化上的問題,以日本富士全錄亞太各國子公司長期的營業資料灌水假造為例新加坡亞太總公司以及日本富士全錄總部的漠視及不作為不是個案也不只發生一次,即使是股票上市公司及政府單位也無法避免,原因是日本主管還是部屬時也是假造資料的一份子當晉升為主管也脫離不了共犯結構無力進行糾正,讓日本上下集體造假變成了歷史共業。 The rapid iterative update of technology, it has changed the way people live and work in the past few decades. Tariff war between USA and China recently as well as the historical disputes between Japan and South Korea all have evolved into a contest dominated by science and technology. This kinds of new competition between countries is need to be pay attention. How to do in the next 50 years of technological development, not only to improve by self-developed research capabilities but also we should leverage, learn and collaboration with our neighboring country Japan, how come such a small island with lack of natural resources country, Amazing ability in the past few decades, the rapid recovery from the world war two ruins to become a technological based powerful country, Japan also learned from European and American countries in the past years to achieved the high quality and management skill as well as self-learning and self-research for improving the image of made in Japan as quality benchmark, Its global marketing operations capabilities have made Japanese brands such as Toyota, consumer electronics Japanese brands Panasonic, Sony, Hitachi, and Japan Toray used in aircraft basic materials, Japanese companies have captured the global market for decades. Japanese companies have captured the global market as solid research in basic science. Japanese-style business management is unique, capable, effective and well educated to support Japanese companies to expand their business globally. study three companies in my research are Sharp, a Japan company who has been acquired by Foxconn group, a US and Japan joint venture company Fuji Xerox, and Aurora Group a Taiwanese company learn and collaboration deeply with Japanese companies at least 50 years. The outcome of my research found that The Japanese-style management companies are more take care on sustainable, investments in longer term strategies to drive their business growth and sustain, also education resource, R&D investment and intellectual property been focused, the topics of expanding business on China market as well as long-term business cooperation are more attractive for Japan companies to cooperate. As reminding when dealing with Japanese companies, Taking care on the historical quality and financial data fraud, business etiquette, Japanese cultural and business style. |
