摘要: | 本研究利用有限元素軟體Abaqus建立斜交機車胎模型,依拖車法濕抓規範建立濕抓評估工具,計算出不同滑移比下之煞車力係數,並以煞車力峰值係數作為濕抓性能評估標準。模型中濕地摩擦性質以試驗機台測量不同接觸壓力、滑動速度下的濕地摩擦係數進行設定,相較於固定摩擦係數的庫倫摩擦模型,計算結果更貼近真實行為。模型透過剛性壓印試驗驗證材料與網格設定,透過拖車法試驗驗證動態行為表現。其中拖車法試驗本研究自行建立試驗設備,以低成本方式有效測量煞車力峰值係數,確認隨工況改變模擬結果的變動趨勢和實驗結果一致。並進一步以此拖車法模型,從實驗所無法觀察到的接觸面情況切入,探討簾布層與胎紋設計、膠料配方及胎壓、負載等工況的改變如何影響濕地煞車性能,找出左右濕抓表現的關鍵因素。 In this study, a Finite Element bias-ply motorcycle tire model utilizing Abaqus is built and the wet grip performance is estimated refer to the trailer method regulation. Relationships between slip ratio and break force coefficient are further computed and the peak braking force coefficient is chosen to be the figure indicating wet grip performance. Instead of setting a fixed friction coefficient, rubber-wet surface friction coefficients under various contact pressure and sliding speeds are tested by tire tread compound tester and set in this model, which results in a much more realistic behavior. Through static stiffness experiments and trailer method tests, the tire model’s material & mesh setting and dynamic behavior are verified respectively. A trailer specially designed for motor- cycle tire wet grip testing is also crafted in this study and tests can be done in a low-cost but effective way. Simulation results show the same trend with test results under difference tire operating conditions. By observing the contact patch which cannot be observed by experiments, the way how ply & tread pattern designs, compound formulas and operating conditions influence wet grip performance is discussed and the crucial factor effecting wet grip performance is also discovered. |
