摘要: | BIM的3D模型中能夾帶豐富的資訊,故能在模型中找到從設計、施工、設備安裝、測試、試俥等資訊;然而要從模型中得到資訊,必先知道資訊怎麼來,因模型中的資訊可靠度及完整性會影響營運維護管理的成效,為提升資訊品質,本研究宗旨為「資訊源自於原始創建者」。BIM其發展與應用,對於許多人來說,作業繁複、資訊眾多難上手,本應是一場工程革命,卻讓人避之唯恐不及。
藉此,本研究將透過設備資訊平台作為資訊共享平台並以空調系統為例,冀能透過空調系統,將平台之概念提出。而設備資訊平台主要共享的標的物有二,其一為設備相關資訊,其二則為不同LOD之BIM族群元件,其中無論是設備相關資訊,抑或是不同LOD之BIM族群元件皆是由出產該設備之設備商提供,工程其他權責單位,僅需透過網路瀏覽器進入設備資訊平台,即可便捷的取得所需,不僅落實「資訊源自於原始創建者」之理念,亦降低BIM使用者之負擔。 為實踐資訊源自於原始創建者的目標,本研究以ASP.NET MVC技術開發網路平台,然而平台背後之資訊,乃源自於資料庫,同時為了讓平台功能更健全,本研究先針對空調設備相關參數進行彙整及分析,並將其與LOD Specification接軌。待空調相關資訊整合完畢後,針對平台功能、權限、需求作進一步探討。於探討完資料庫設計後,透過資料庫管理系統Microsoft SQL Server建立資料庫,並完成平台之開發。最後,透過使用者介面之展示,說明平台之主要功能,並以土木研究研究大樓為例,模擬資訊供需之間的流程,實踐平台提供設備資訊之目的,落實「資訊源自於原始創建者」之方針。 A BIM 3D model can carry a wealth of information, inclusive of the information about design, construction, equipment installation, testing, etc. However, because the reliability and integrity of the information will strongly affect the effectiveness of O&M management, before getting information from the model, we must make sure the information are reliable, especially the sources of them. To improve the quality of information, the purpose of this research is 'Information derived from the original creator'. For many people, the applications related to BIM are thorny, even hard to get started. Thus, this study will develop an Equipment-Info Sharing Platform to make sharing processes straightforward. And, take the HVAC system as an example. As to the platform, the concept of it can be proposed via the HVAC system. The Platform mainly shares two kinds of objects, one of which is device-related information, and the other is BIM family component with different LODs, both of these objects are from the creator, that is, the suppliers! For those who need the Equipment-Info, they just need to access the Platform through a web browser, log in, then pick one and download it. It not only implements the concept of “Information derived from the original creator” but also make BIM easier. In order to practice our concept, this study will develop an online platform with ASP.NET MVC technology. However, the information behind the platform is derived from the database. To perfect the platform function, the study will collect and analyze the relevant parameters of the HVAC equipment, then connect them with the LOD Specification. After the integration of HVAC related information, the functions, permissions, and requirements of the platform will be further explored. Next, creating the database in Microsoft SQL Server. Afterward, finishing the development of the platform and explaining the main functions of the platform by displaying the user interface. At last, take the NTU CERB as an example to simulate the flow between information supply and demand. |
