摘要: | 本研究以複合動力系統為研究對象,模擬動力模式切換間的動態響應,並針對不同的扭力震盪因素,設計相對應之扭力平順化方法,以提升車輛乘坐舒適性。首先利用Matlab/ Simulink軟體建立行車動力模型,元件包含馬達、引擎、離合器、輪端與行車阻力。由於不同動力模式為不同的動力元件組合,依據模式間的切換條件與流程,設計完整之模式切換模擬架構,整合模擬出動力模式切換過程之動態行為。接著針對模式切換過程之輪端急衝度(Jerk)進行分析,研究發現離合器摩擦扭矩、動力方程式機械係數變化,以及模式切換之條件設定皆會影響急衝度的震盪幅度。本研究藉由動力元件補償產生震盪之扭矩,以及調整模式切換條件,可消弱大部分之急衝度震盪,且滿足乘適性標準,有效提升車輛乘坐舒適性。最後,針對動力方程式中的機械係數進行敏感動分析,了解複合動力系統元件之機械係數與急衝度震盪關係。 This study aims to develop methods to reduce undesirable jerk of a hybrid electric vehicle, when it is switching between modes. The ultimate goal is to improve the comfortability of passengers. In the beginning of this study, building a hybrid powertrain model represented by dynamic functions in Simulink software. It is composed of two motors, engine, clutch, driveline, and tractive resistance. Due to different combinations of power units in various modes, the approach used in this study is to design an integrated mode switching process to unify the whole hybrid powertrain model and factually simulate the dynamic response of the mode switching. Then, the study begins to focus on the jerk response and analyze results bring about oscillation. Method that is used to eliminate vibration in this research mainly relys on motors to compensate the torque which generates the fluctuations. In addition, modifying mode switching conditions can also smooth the jerk. These methods not only meet the comfortability criterion, but also improve vehicle drivability. At last, this research analyzes the system’s sensitivity of coefficients of dynamic equations about powertrain on the jerk response. |
