Abstract: 在本文中介紹了第五代行動通訊使用這裝置的天線設計及應用。論文架構分為兩個部分;第一部份介紹 6GHz 以下頻段。此頻段的應用希望能以第四代行動通訊LTE的頻段為基礎,運用非授權的頻段並結合WiFi的作法以利提升整體訊號的覆蓋率。在此波段我們設計一款可相容於現有5吋手機的開槽天線,其特色為面積緊湊且能用印刷電路板製成實作。第二部分為毫米波28/38GHz的雙頻雙極化天線。在第五代行動通訊中,6GHz以下頻段可以提升整體的覆蓋率,但速度提升有限,而毫米波段可望能在都會地區Gbps 等級的服務。我們設計了一款雙頻雙極化貼片天線,透過加入開槽使得頻寬較一般貼片天線更寬;而雙極化能使的傳輸容量大幅提升。論文中包含上述兩部份的設計過程、文獻探討、模擬結果、量測與討論。
In this paper, the antenna design and application of the fifth generation mobile communication using this device is introduced. The paper structure is divided into two parts; the first part introduces the frequency band below 6GHz. The application of this frequency band is expected to be based on the frequency band of the fourth generation mobile communication LTE, using unlicensed frequency bands and combining WiFi to improve the coverage of the overall signal. In this band, we designed a slotted antenna that is compatible with existing 5-inch mobile phones. It is characterized by a compact size and can be made with printed circuit boards. The second part is a dual-frequency dual-polarized antenna with a millimeter wave in 28/38 GHz. In the fifth-generation mobile communication, the frequency band below 6 GHz can improve the overall coverage, but the speed increase is limited, and the millimeter band is expected to provide services at Gbps levels in urban areas.. We designed a dual-band, dual-polarized patch antenna that is wider than a typical patch antenna by adding slots; dual-polarization enables a significant increase in transmission capacity. The paper contains the above two parts of the design process, literature discussion, simulation results, measurement and discussion.
