摘要: | 汽車行業是一個國家重工業技術總合戰力展現,像日本、歐洲與美國等先進國家在汽車工業領先世界各國,也充分展現工業技術層次。而台灣在汽車行業一直未能有所突破,而台灣在各種模具技術、機械加工、金屬加工與表面處理的技術、品質與效率反而成為世界汽車關鍵零組件供應鏈的好夥伴反。惟近年面整體汽車行業面臨下行衰退的壓力,在環保議題與Tesla市場行銷推動下,電動車成為市場成長新動能,而台灣廠商如何找出其未來競爭與成長的利基就變成重要議題。
本研究主要以台灣電動車IGBT散熱模組代表廠商艾姆勒車電為研究個案,深入探討其針對全球電動車市場快速變動與強烈競爭產業環境中,如何擬定己身競爭策略及建立核心能耐,進而獲取競爭優勢來源,期能提供給予給其他汽車關鍵零組件廠商有一實務參考之思維。 本研究經個案深入探討分析及相關產業文獻資料探討結果,總結重要結論如下: 1. 艾姆勒車電藉由整體成本、差異化以及集中化等不同面向擬定整體競爭策略,以爭取相對競爭優勢來源。 2.相關零組件公司利用資本市場力量進行併購,提升公司在供應鏈垂直整合能力與市場技術、基礎材料的整合。 3.ICT散熱產業微利與成長瓶頸,相關ICT廠商如何利用過去積累的資源,快速切入從中電動汽車與汽車市場。 Automotive industry competitiveness is a key index to present a country technology integration ability , such as Japan、Europe countries and American are leading position in Automotive industry who also demonstrate their industrial strength to the world 。However, Taiwan automotive industry is not development being a key market in the world but Taiwan automotive suppliers become good partner of worldwide Automotive supplier chain cause who are good capability in mold tooling 、surface treatment 、metal part machining which are all within good quality and efficiency 。Now today, Automotive market face a serious decline challenge,but Electric vehicle is to demonstrate a strong growth momentum and bring a brightly new territory and opportunity to Automotive players。It also becomes a new growth opportunity to Taiwan suppliers 。 The thesis is to study how to compete in new EV territory within changing rapidly industry environment base on A Taiwan EV IGBT thermal module supplier Amulaire, how to define its business shape and strategy with its own core competence and resource 。 The study explored some conclusions as below:: 1. Amulaire builds up its own competence and competitive strategy through overall cost leadership、differentiation and Focus approaches. 2.The companies should raise up vertical integration ability、essential material know-how and technology by merge and acquisition. 3.How ICT Thermal module suppliers fast engage the EV market base on its core competence and accumulated resource. |
