摘要: | 為了滿足第五代無線網絡的期望,第三代合作夥伴計劃(3GPP)於第13版中提出免執照頻譜輔助接取技術(LAA)的技術規範,而引入LAA會有兩項主要議題,第一項議題為相互競爭的LAA裝置之間的公平性,第二項議題為LAA與既有的IEEE 802.11設備在5.8 GHz頻段共存情況。
對於第一項議題,子幀邊界的偏移值和優先權設定將會影響各個LAA小細胞站的吞吐量,因此,我們在給定子幀邊界和優先權設定的條件下提出理論分析模型,並能以此計算各個LAA小細胞站的吞吐量,而有了理論分析模型之後,我們可以控制每個LAA小細胞站其吞吐量的比例,並能以此達到不同小細胞站之間的加權公平性。 對於第二項議題,大多數相關文獻聚焦於LAA小細胞站是否會讓IEEE 802.11ac裝置其效能下滑,非常少的研究討論LAA小細胞站和IEEE 802.11裝置是否能夠在公平分享頻譜資源的條件下,彼此之間友好地共存。在本文中,我們將說明在適當的封包長度和優先權的設定下,一對LAA小細胞站和一對IEEE 802.11ac裝置能夠公平且友善地共存。 In order to meet the expectation of the 5th generation wireless network, Licensed-assisted-access (LAA) technique is proposed in the 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) Release 13. There are two main issues with the introduction of LAA. The first issue is the fairness among competing LAA small cells. The second issue is the coexistence between LAA and the incumbent IEEE 802.11 devices in 5.8 GHz bands. For the first issue, the subframe boundary offsets and the priority class of different LAA small cells will affect the individual throughput. Thus, we proposed a theoretical model based on the given subframe boundary and the priority class. The individual throughput can be derived with the proposed theoretical model. With the theoretical model, the individual throughput ratio is controllable to achieve weighted fairness. For the second issue, most of the related work focuses on whether LAA small cells will degrade the performance of IEEE 802.11ac devices or not. There are very few works discussing whether LAA and IEEE 802.11ac devices can be friendly to each other while achieving a fair share of the spectrum resources. In this thesis, we will show that an LAA small cell is able to be fairly and friendly to an IEEE 802.11ac device with appropriate settings of the frame size and the priority class of the LAA small cell. |
