摘要: | 企業隨著全球化的競爭越來越劇烈,對跨國公司的組織管理上,也形成更大的挑戰〪本文中,將藉由一跨國的企業, Q公司的實際案例,探討原本在以一個以通訊晶片和智財授權為主要營運模式的跨國企業,新創的生物識別部門,如何在既有的組織與管理架構下所遭遇的內部衝突與外部競爭,掙扎生存,在歷經營運的低潮後,如何藉由組織上的變革,從組織管理學角度探討最後如何能夠突破困境,提升組織效率和競爭力。
在此研究中發現,在組織變革的過程中,如果能信任並尊重組織成員的專業和理解組織成員的想法,讓組織成員參與更多的組織變革,可以激勵組織成員朝正向思考,也更能凝聚組織的向心力和共同遠景。 With the increased competition of globalization, multinational companies have faced tremendous challenges in their organizational management. In this paper, I examine the case of Q company. The company has been expertized in communication chips and intellectual property as its core operations. A newly created biometrics division struggled to survive under the existing organizational and management structure with internal conflicts and external competition. This paper discussed from the perspective of organization management on how the division improved its efficiency and competitiveness through planned changes after a period of low tide on operations. In this study, we found that in the process of organizational change, if we could trust and respect the professionalism of the members of the organization and appreciate their ideas and let them participate in change processes, they will be encouraged and form positive thinking, in results, leading to a cohesive workforce and a unified vision. |
