dc.description.abstract | 本研究以Gross的情緒調節模型(emotion regulation model)和評估理論(appraisal theory)為基礎,探討了主管的情緒調節策略的內涵,並探究主管對事件的評估結果與情緒調節策略之間的關係。研究一透過關鍵事例訪談與問卷法收集了351種情緒調節策略。經過分類,結果發現主管的情緒調節策略更集中在「情境調整」和「反應調整」的類別,且及其策略比過去研究發現更多元。研究二使用問卷法獲得594筆以事件為單位的資料,結果指出針對預期性、效價、行為者(權力、可以控制的範圍大小)、目標與需求和規範之評估結果皆主管情緒調節策略有相關聯性造成影響。整體而言,本文發現主管的情緒調節策略是豐富的,且超越深層演出與表層演出分類。本研究建議若能釐清主管對事件的評估結果與特定的情緒調節策略之關係,將有助於理解主管如何在工作場所管理自己與部屬的情緒。 | zh_TW |
