dc.description.abstractThe main content of this business plan outlines the opportunity and strategy for opening a creative park specialized in digital art exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam. Recently, the trend for high-tech, digital, interactive entertainment has been rising in the aforementioned country, with consumption of high-tech products becoming more popular than ever. In addition, there is a shortage of entertainment choices in every city around Viet Nam. Therefore, offering a new choice for entertainment activity, targeted at high-tech, creative and art-loving people in Ho Chi Minh City, is a promising business opportunity. The LUV stands for Lighten Up Viet Nam which represents for our visions.
The structure of this business plan is based on an understanding of the industry and current market trends. In order to capture a clear understanding of the market and industry, a five forces model breakdown and SWOT analysis are utilized. Marketing mixes are applied to define the business strategies necessary for success. Lastly, the five-year forecasted financial statement is shown to estimate the feasibility of the business. The business can generate great return from the investment. A plan for risk management is also introduced in the final section of this business plan.
