dc.description.abstract | 金管會在公布純網銀相關政策和施行辦法後 ,各家金融業者皆十分緊張、各產業業者皆興致勃勃 ,最後產生了三大團隊去爭取兩家執照 ,在提出申請後還沒確認執照結果的這個時間點 ,未來的純網銀和金融業走向都十分難以捉摸 ,也令人十分好奇。
因此本文蒐集了官方資料、學術理論、各國經驗、團隊公司資訊等等 ,利用質化研究中的個案研究法去分析 並且推論純網銀 在台灣的發展、方向、策略 ,希望能給予純網銀業者在策略上的建議、學術上的根據、經驗上的傳承等等。 而其中 Line bank的背景和發展歷程與許多亞洲成功案例相像 ,因此筆者特地挑選出 Line bank以聚焦、分析、闡述純網銀在台灣發展的可能性、策略上的建議等等。 雖然提出詳細策略建議和結論 ,但純網銀在台灣仍尚未開始 ,因此未來有許多變化和情況是筆者可能忽略或不曾發現的 ,故希望有後續研究根據之後純網銀的發展、成長甚至有所成果和後續發展作更多闡述。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | After Taiwanese Financial Supervisory Commission announced the policies about internet-only bank, some companies in financial industry are nervous, and some qualified firms are excited.
Consequently, there are three groups fighting for two licenses. At this moment, before the results of licenses come out, the future of Taiwanese is ambiguous and curious. Therefore, I collect official data, academic theories, international experiences, and companies’ information, to analyze and figure out how internet-only bank’s future would be and what strategies should it adopt by case study method. Hope to give some advices based on strategy, academy, and experiences to internet-only banks. Due to Line bank’s background and development history is similar with successful cases in Asia, I picked Line bank as a target to focus, analyze, and elaborate internet-only bank’s possibilities and advices in Taiwan. Although there are some strategic advices and conclusions, Taiwanese internet-only bank industry doesn’t even start.Therefore, there will be lots of changes and accidents that I might ignore. Consequently, research for the follow-up development and impacts is necessary and expected. | en |
