摘要: | 在全球化趨勢下,由於網際網路與智慧型手機興起,短短十幾年,將世界捲入這個突破時空間的數位時代中。數位時代帶來數位經濟革命完全顛覆以往熟悉的商業模式,消費大眾消費行為模式劇烈改變,企業與組織也迫使必須面對此一變動。製造業也因消費市場劇烈變化而做變革轉型,電子製造業數位轉型也迫在眉睫,不得不面對。
台灣電子製造業過去拜全球化國際分工因緣際會,受惠於全球分工,國內電子資訊業廠商由承接歐、美、日公司的外包製造業務,由OEM、ODM、JDM等不同合作模式,逐漸發展出具有產業影響力的製造優勢。此次面臨數位經濟時代新局,不同與以往管理理論大部分是“nice-to-have”,主要是協助改善效率與增加競爭力;此次數位變革牽涉到市場與消費行為已經完全轉變,甚至是社會及國家層面與國際分工。所以生產製造端已經別無選擇,數位轉型變革已是“must-to-have”,是所有企業必須要面對的新局。 本研究主要的目的在研究電子製造業面對外在數位時代市場快速成長、移動、變化及競爭者強大的競爭,對內又面臨勞力短缺與工資高漲等問題下,電子製造業如何作數位轉型及未來發展可能性。本研究將透過C-SOP架構及以個案內容為例,透過個案F公司,探討數位轉型的策略性作法。即策略佈局、組織結構與流程、領導人才與核心文化價值等四大構面,進行比對,整理可行的變革重點,期望提供業界與學界參考。 Under the trend of globalization and the rise of the Internet and smart phones, the world has been involved in the break through time and space digital age in just a few decades. The digital economic revolutions brought by digital age completely subvert the past familiar business model. The consumption behavior has changed drastically, and companies and organizations have to be forced to face the change. The manufacturing industry has also need to face the transformation due to the drastic changes in the market. The digital transformation of the electronics manufacturing industry is also urgent and has to be faced. By benefited from the globalization, international division of labor and cooperation, Taiwan's electronics manufacturing industry have undertaken the outsourcing manufacturing business of European, American and Japanese companies, and gradually developed the manufacturing advantage by different cooperation modes such as OEM, ODM and JDM. But, by facing the new situation in the digital economy age, different to most of the previous management theories are “nice-to-have”, mainly to help improve efficiency and increase competitiveness; The digital transformation involves not only the change of market and consumer behavior, but also the change of a social and national level, and even the international division of labor. Therefore, the manufacturing side has no choice, and the digital transformation revolution is “must-to-have”, which is a new situation that all enterprises must face. The main purpose of this research is to study how does the electronics manufacturing industry make digital transformation and future development possibilities when facing the rapid growth, movement, changing of the digital market externally and under the problem of labor shortage and high wages condition internally. This study will explore the strategic approach of the electronics manufacturing industry digital transformation through the “C-SOP” framework and the case of F Company. By the framework of strategic, organizational, people and culture to compare and organize the possible strategic approach, and hope to provide industry and academic reference. |
