摘要: | 因應時代變遷,再生能源漸成國際電力市場要角,依現有狀況,我國離岸風力發電在2025年預期可達5.5 GW的裝置容量。廣設離岸風機除建置作業困難外,為期20年運轉過程中之維修也是影響風機能否正常運轉的重要環節。風機維修需要維修設備,本研究兼顧學術研究與實務應用,探討維修設備失效之風險及其如何影響一個離岸風場內所有離岸風機於維修過程中的等候成本。本論文以等候理論與可靠度工程為基礎,建構一套考慮維修設備失效風險之維修等候模型,而後考量失效率與修復率等決策參數在特定區間內之可能變動,試圖找尋一組最佳組合之決策參數,使離岸風場之平均維修等候時間最短;本論文同時也分析與討論維修過程之等候成本,並探討各風場規模不同的等候成本差異。經針對我國十二個離岸風場綜合探討,本論文發現維修設備失效之風險對小規模離岸風場、大規模離岸風場及大型單機離岸風場維修過程中的等候成本皆有重大影響,顯示維修設備失效之風險需納入我國離岸風力發電產業未來運轉維修之考量。 Renewable energy has gradually played an important role in international electricity market. In Taiwan, the offshore wind turbines are expected to reach an installed capacity of 5.5 GW by 2025. Aside from the infrastructure during their installation, the maintenance of offshore wind turbines afterwards is also a key factor to guarantee the normal operation of those turbines. Maintenance equipment is therefore needed, but it may fail when in need. Equipment failure results in waiting time and its associated cost called waiting cost. How they affect the maintenance of wind turbines is investigated in this thesis. The analysis is based primarily on queuing theory and concepts of reliability engineering. In the queuing model, the input value is finite, and the decision-making parameters are failure rate and repair rate of the offshore wind turbines. A set of decision-making parameters that results in the shortest waiting time in average can be found based on the model. The waiting cost can be obtained accordingly. To test the model, data of 12 offshore wind farms in Taiwan were collected. A few assumptions were made to supplement the data. It is found through analysis that equipment failure has a significant impact on the maintenance cost of all kinds of wind farms. Therefore, it should be taken into consideration during the operation and maintenance of a wind farm. |
