| Abstract: | 互動式電子白板最早是用來在會議中錄影或簡報的概念而產生,現今,互動式電子白板是一間智慧教室中的核心平台,2018年預估有1200億新台幣的市場規模,目前產業鏈的上中下游多以外國業者為主,而中國大陸則是做為製造的重要角色,台灣相關業者在此產業經過多年的經營,逐漸發展出各自經營的策略。本論文以台灣的廠商與全球各地的上中下游業者為分析重點,分別進行SWOT分析與五力分析,期望能為台灣互動式電子白板產業找出新的定位與經營策略。 Interactive White Board(IWB) were originally developed for use in business to record meetings and for demonstration of concepts. Nowadays, Interactive White Board becomes an important platform in a classroom for smart education, adaptive learning and schools. In 2018, the global Interactive White Board market size is 21 billion NTD. The major vendors of Interactive White Board almost come from oversea, not Taiwan. Among them, China vendors are playing the role of manufacturer for Interactive White Board industry chain. Also, Taiwan vendors develop gradually a proper business strategy recent years in this market. This thesis studies and analyzes the pass and current competitive situation of the Interactive White Board vendors between Taiwan and others by using SWOT analysis and Porter's five forces analysis. The research wants to help Taiwan vendors and Taiwan Interact White Board industry to make more advantages and increase the earning and the opportunities for Interactive White Board business. |
