摘要: | 本研究論文針對長期運轉下感應馬達內部熱量過度集中,導致定子導線、轉子溫度過高等現象,提出可改善馬達內部熱分佈之方法。本文主要從兩方面著手:其一為對馬達外殼進行改進。針對現有殼體水流阻力過大、散熱效果欠佳、製造難度大等缺點,提出一種新型分離式殼體,並通過模擬方式驗證了其改進效果。另一方法為優化馬達內部流場空間。針對馬達轉子處的熱量無法高效傳遞至水套殼體,提出一種方式進行克服。該方法是在轉子矽鋼片上以及殼體外圍新增風道,使馬達內部空氣形成“轉子通道-馬達后部空腔-馬達殼體空氣流道-馬達前部空腔-轉子通道”的循環。同樣通過有限元素模擬的方式與改進前馬達進行穩態時的溫度對比,驗證其改進效果。 Considering the overheating problem of winding in induction motor after long term of working, this thesis introduces some methods to promote the heat performance of internal area of motor. This thesis can be divided into two parts. Firstly, in order to overcome the shortages of the all-in-one water jacket, such as large flow resistance, poor heat dissipate performance and difficulties in manufacturing process, it introduces a new type of separated motor shell. The improved effect of it is verified by computation simulation. Secondly, according to the poor heat transfer efficiency from rotor to shell, it introduces a new way to improve the flow field inside motor. The internal flow field of the motor is improved by cutting some ducts through rotor lamination and above the shell, in order to achieve the 'rotor ducts - cavity at the rear of motor - air duct above the motor shell - cavity at the front of motor - rotor ducts' flow circuit. Similarly, the improved effect of it is proved by simulation with CFD. |
