摘要: | 工業電腦產業在近幾年來,由於一些新的議題與需求的產生,例如物聯網、工業4.0、雲端計算、自動車、AI等新技術發展,帶動工業電腦產業的需求增加,與新的應用領域的產生,使得越來越多的新廠商跨足此一領域,而原本的廠商也利用購併的方式擴展其營運規模與研發能力,也致使此產業的競爭更加激烈。工業電腦的特性與一般個人電腦產業的特性有所不同,像是少量多樣、強調產品穩定性、生命週期長、提供高度技術服務等特性,如何將這些的特性可以做到優於其他的競爭者,將是在此產業勝出的關鍵。在這些特性中,研發組織扮演重要關鍵的角色,如何提升組織的技術能力與彈性的資源運用,將是這個產業的核心競爭力之一。
本文將就工業電腦產業中的研發組織,根據組織變革與知識管理的兩個構面,來做相關的文獻探討與個案分析,從產業與企業所遇到的挑戰與環境的變化,探究研發組織應該如何透過組織改造、人員管理、知識系統的建立等,改善組織的績效,也幫助提升企業的營運成效,以期能在此產業中脫穎而出。 New trends and needs, such as Internet of Things, Industry 4.0, cloud computing, automotive vehicles and AI new technology, have driven new applications and demand to the industrial computer industry. This also attracts a growing number of new manufacturers to enter the industry, and pushes existing manufacturers to use mergers and acquisitions (M&A) to expand its operating scale and development capabilities, resulting a more intense competition in the industry. Industrial PC industry differs from general PC industry in a number of aspects, such as low volume & high mix products, emphasis on product stability, long life cycle, and the provision of highly technical services. Thus, the key to success in the industrial PC industry is to excel in these aspects. To do so, R & D units play an important role. How to improve the organization's technical capabilities and flexible resource utilization will be one of the core competitiveness of the industry. Based on the two aspects of organizational transformation and knowledge management, this thesis conducts literature review and case analysis. From the challenges and environment changes encountered by industries and enterprises, this thesis explores the issue of how to improve the performance of an organization through organizational transformation, personnel management and the establishment of a knowledge management system. This also helps improve the operational efficiency of an enterprise so as to stand out in the industry. |
