摘要: | 1999年,921大地震後,臺灣開始關注建築的安全與品質問題;2000年,農地利用條例修正,對於購置農地及興建農舍的條件放寬。臺大研究小組當時有鑑於中南部面臨災後房舍重建及全臺灣農村產業轉型等境況,在參酌了國際間綠建築、生態住宅、節能住宅等發展趨勢後,與國內的環保建材廠商合作,在臺大校區規劃興建了以安全、舒適、環保、健康、省能、生態、智慧、人文等為訴求的綠房子,以及時提供建屋者參考。2003年,落成的綠房子為國內首座環保節能示範住宅,提供綠建築觀念實證經驗的參觀學習,持續發揮展示、教育、推廣與研究的功能,在臺灣綠建築的發展,具有時代的歷史意義。
同時為了加強推廣成效,建置了臺大綠房子網站,藉由網路以傳播綠建築重要資訊。然而運作4年後陸續發現管理更新不易的問題,因此產生重新建置新一代網站的構想。因此本研究主旨是藉由版型規劃、開發即時更新模組、應用資料庫等網站建置過程,來解決網頁擴充不易、資訊落後及網站管理不易等的問題,並希望提高到訪人數及了解訪客的特性以提供未來改善時的參考依據。 本研究以XOOPS為網站基礎系統,規劃適合綠房子的網站版型,並將更新維護速度大幅提升,並建置動態資料庫系統。網站到訪人數大幅提升10倍以上,至2012年6月為止將近有100萬人次到訪,經研究發現大量在網頁置入「綠建築」相關關鍵字,可以有效提升網站到訪人次。另外,網頁統計分析發現,臺大綠房子網站的搜尋關鍵字是綠建築、綠建築案例、臺大綠房子、綠房子、臺大綠建築等,網站內被點閱最多的網頁是臺大綠房子導覽,總計高達500萬次,可見本研究已達到利用網站推廣綠建築資訊之目的。 In 1999, after 921 Earthquake, Taiwan started focusing on building safety and quality. In 2000, Farm Land Usage Regulation was amended to widen the requirements of purchasing farm land and build farm house. A research team of NTU, in respecting the situation of house rebuild in central and southern Taiwan after the disaster and the transformation of Taiwan farm villages, made reference the developing trend of smarthouse, ecosystem residence, and energy saving residence. They cooperated with domestic environmental construction material owners and planned to build a smarthouse, which were safe, comfortable, healthy, energy saving, ecological, intelligence, and humane, on the NTU campus for house builders to have reference. In 2003, the finished smarthouse became the first environmental and energy saving demonstrative residence. It has the historical meaning in Taiwan smarthouse development. In the meanwhile, in order to strengthen promotion effect, a NTU smarthouse website was being established to deliver important information about green architecture. However, after four years of operation, the website had the problem of bad management and update. We came up with an idea of building a new generation website. Therefore, this research mainly uses model planning, develops real-time update module, and application database to solve problems such as hard to expand the web pages, out of date information, and bad management. We also hope to increase visitors and understand the characteristic of the visitors as the reference for future improvement. This research is based on XOOPS website foundation to plan an appropriate smarthouse website layout, increase update and maintenance speed, establish dynamic database storage information, and increase the number of the visitors to more than 10 times. Until June 2012, nearly one million people visited the web pages .The research indicate that we can use the keyword “Green Building” to promote visitors coming to website. I used statistics analysis to demonstrate that the NTU smarthouse 's information website in search keywords to be “green building”, “green building case”, “NTU smarthouse”, “green house”, “NTU green building”. There have more than 5 million people visited website pages on the websites of the NTU smarthouse. This research has been reached to the applications on internets to promote green –building industries . |
