Abstract: | 本研究透過對於威盛、聯發科、英特爾等IC設計公司,個案的研究及分析,發現創業、資源、定位和形構觀點,最為普遍使用於半導體晶片設計廠商的策略形成。在公司的不同時期中,各有不同的側重。然而,基於策略觀點和歷史股價分析實證結果,支持了使用形構觀點,最為適用於IC設計廠商的策略形成。 Through the research and analysis of IC design companies such as VIA Technologies, MediaTek, and Intel, this research found that entrepreneurship, resources, positioning, and structural viewpoints are most commonly used in the formation of strategy for IC design companies. However, the empirical results based on strategic perspectives and historical stock price analysis support the use of structural perspectives is most suitable for the formation of strategies for IC design companies |
