dc.description.abstract | 本論文探討的問題是 360度影像投影方法的比較與分析,探討了理想的360度影像的投影需要什麼條件,以及五種投影方式的比較,有最常見的投影:equirectangular projection 以及 cubemap projection、Youtube提出的equi-angular cubemap projection、Facebook提出的pyramid projection 以及由CW Fu於2009提出的 rhombic dodecahedron projection,比較 360度影像經過五種投影之後,在與原圖的相似度、解碼時間上的表現以及在什麼情況下要選擇哪種投影方式。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This thesis evaluates the projection methods of the 360-degree image. We discuss what criteria should the ideal 360-degree image projection have and discuss five different projection methods, including the most common ways, equirectangular projection and cubemap projection, equi-angular cubemap projection proposed by Youtube, pyramid projection proposed by Facebook and the rhombic dodecahedron projection proposed by CW Fu. Comparing the decoded image performance on the decoding time and the similarity with input images and which projection method should be chosen in what circumstances so the viewer can get the best viewing quality. | en |
