摘要: | 光學同調斷層掃描術是一種非接觸式、非侵入式的成像系統,擁有高解析度,利用量測樣本不同深度的反射或背向散射訊號,可以獲得樣品資訊。其主要原理以低同調干涉術為基礎,麥克森干涉儀為架構。為了獲得較佳的解析度,主要會使用較寬頻的光源。但實際量測中,樣品的色散效應會隨著光源頻譜寬度增加變得更加嚴重,使得包絡變寬,影響成像。因此光學同調斷層掃描術的色散補償研究是必須且重要的主題。
本論文針對光學同調斷層掃描術的色散問題進行實驗研究。在理論方面,介紹了光源同調性、低同調干涉術、解析度和色散相關知識。在實驗方面,架構為頻域光學同調斷層掃描系統,以反射鏡、蓋玻片和四分之一波片為待測物進行色散補償數值演算法的研究,相位修正結合窗型有限脈衝響應濾波器和維納濾波器,優化縱向解析度。 Optical coherence tomography (OCT) is a non-contact and non-invasive imaging technology that can perform high resolution and obtain information of sample by backreflected or backscattered light from internal structure. OCT is a low coherence interferometry, based on a Michelson interferometer. Higher axial resolution can be achieved by increasing the bandwidth of the light source. However, dispersion of samples becomes an important factor with the increment of spectral bandwidth. Dispersion effect makes the signal envelop broaden and influences the image. Thus, the study of dispersion compensation in OCT is a necessary and important topic. In the study, the researcher explores experimental studies on the issue of dispersion compensation in OCT. In the theoretical respect, the researcher discusses optical coherence, low coherence interferometry, resolution and dispersion. For experimental design, the researcher uses the fourier domain optical coherence tomography to measure mirror, coverslip and quarter-wave plate, and employ the phase correction, the Hamming window finite impulse response filter as well as the Wiener filter to remove dispersion effects and further optimize the resolution. |
