摘要: 研究者探討台灣原生食用植物,發現烏來、平溪地區一種健康安全農法生產;清脆微辛香味〝珠蔥〞新興食材。因應氣候變遷餐桌食材更豐富多元化,探討珠蔥小眾作物成為新興食材可行性。
台灣橫跨亞熱帶到副熱帶地區,高山多變地型提供溫帶到寒帶多樣農業栽培天然條件,在農業生產上得天獨厚地理優勢;觀察區域條件與農業生態,提出林下經濟、漁菜共生模式;與原有傳統土耕、簡易設施模式對照進行田間實驗,作為改進山區耕地面積狹小、養殖業廢水汙染,提升珠蔥生產效益依據與環境保護。
以傳統耕作模式對照比較,利用當地天然條件,不須添加土地購入成本,實驗在1-2月寒冷季,3-4月春季,5-6月溫季,三個不同氣候條件下進行研究。實驗結果發現簡易設施模式產量增加11%、林下經濟模式產量增加48%、漁菜共生模式產量增加45%。林下經濟、漁菜共生模式生產總和比傳統土耕、簡易設施模式產量增加37%。
根據研究分析結果,可提升珠蔥產業經濟效益、改善山區養殖汙染、與解決耕地缺乏問題,規劃提供大台北地區家庭餐桌佳餚;可建立珠蔥產業生產供應鏈。

Researchers explored Taiwan's native edible plants and discovered a healthy and safe agricultural production method in Wulai and Pingxi areas; crisp and slightly spicy fragrance 'scallion(sallot)' emerging ingredients. In response to climate change, table ingredients are more abundant and diversified, and the feasibility of niche crops of scallion(sallot) as emerging ingredients is explored.
Taiwan spans from subtropical to subtropical regions, with many mountains and natural conditions for diverse cultivation of Taiwan's agriculture from temperate to sub-frigid zones. It has a unique geographical advantage in agricultural production; observes the regional conditions and agricultural ecology of Wulai and Pingxi, and proposes forest economy,aquaponics system; field experiments are carried out in comparison with the original traditional soil cultivation and simple facility mode, as a basis for improving the small area of arable land in mountainous areas and the pollution of wastewater from aquaculture, improving the production efficiency of scallion(sallot) and environmental protection.
Comparison and comparison with traditional farming modes, using local natural conditions without adding land purchase costs, the experiment was conducted under three different climatic conditions in the cold season from January to February, spring from March to April, and warm season from May to June. The results of the experiment found that the output of the simple facility model increased by 11%, the output of the forest economic model increased by 48%, and the output of the quaponics system increased by 45%. The total production of forest economy and aquaponics system is 37% higher than that of traditional soil cultivation and simple facility model.
According to the research and analysis results, it can improve the economic benefits of scallion(sallot) industry, improve the pollution of farming in mountainous areas, and solve the problem of lack of arable land. It is planned to provide family dining tables in the Greater Taipei area and the establishment of scallion(sallot) industry is feasible.
