摘要: | 本論文發展了兩種新型的爪式轉子,分別是具有橢圓擺線的爪式轉子和具有橢圓弧的爪式轉子。對於具有橢圓擺線的爪式轉子,其輪廓由節圓半徑、轉子半徑、爪數、密封角等四個參數定義,每爪的輪廓由一個外擺線、兩個圓弧、一個橢圓擺線、和橢圓擺線的共軛曲線組成。對於具有橢圓弧的爪式轉子,其輪廓由節圓半徑、轉子半徑、橢圓長軸、爪數、密封角等五個參數定義,每爪的輪廓由一個外擺線、兩個圓弧、一個橢圓弧、和橢圓弧的共軛曲線組成。此外,本論文建立了兩種爪式轉子的數學模型,並推導出它們的幾何限制。另外,本論文還分析了如面積效率和密封性等性能,並將其與以前的爪式轉子進行比較。對於相同爪數、節圓半徑、轉子半徑的爪式轉子,結果表示,具有橢圓形擺線的爪式轉子比以前的爪式轉子具有更好的密封性。另一個結果也顯示具有橢圓弧的爪式轉子具有更高的面積效率和更好的密封性。 This thesis develops two types of new claw rotors with elliptical cycloids and elliptical arcs respectively. For claw rotors with elliptical cycloids, the profile is defined by four parameters: pitch radius, rotor radius, number of claws, and conformity angle. The profile of each claw consists of an epitrochoid, two circular arcs, an elliptical cycloid, and a conjugate curve of the elliptical cycloid. For claw rotors with elliptical arcs, the profile is defined by five parameters: pitch radius, rotor radius, major axis of ellipse, number of claws, and conformity angle. The profile of each claw consists of an epitrochoid, two circular arcs, an elliptical arc, and a conjugate curve of the elliptical arc. Moreover, the mathematical models of the two claw rotor types are established and their geometric constraints are also derived. Furthermore, performances such as area efficiencies and sealing properties are analyzed and compared with previous claw rotor types. For claw rotors with the same number of claws, pitch radius, and rotor radius, the result indicates that the claw rotor with elliptical cycloids provides better sealing property than previous claw rotor types. It also indicates that the claw rotor with elliptical arcs provides higher area efficiency and better sealing property. |
