dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the study is to analyze the importance of the market entry to the operation & maintenance and business management in water business as the result of the dominance by Water Majors. The study starts with analysis on the Japanese water business structure and the comparison with French style. Water business in France is mature whereas Japan has just started to realize the importance of this business. The study further analyzes and clarifies the obstacles and difficulties Japan faces, and then illustrates which strategies and models will be feasible and lucrative based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each main player from France and Japan. | en |
