dc.description.abstract招聘企業大多會選擇全球擴張的四種基本策略之一 , 透過地域型多元化經營來減輕高失業率的風險,但隨著時光變遷,當企業成長並擴張至全球時,由於競爭對手的崛起,他們往往需要改變經營策略。
本論文以招聘公司SThree為案例,在不斷變化的競爭環境中面臨選擇之研究。研究的主要核心為“SThree”公司究竟要朝著選擇全球標準化經營策略或是跨國經營策略前進?

dc.description.abstractRecruiting firms can mitigate the risk of high unemployment rates through geographic diversification. To do so, they may choose from one of the Four Basic Strategies of global expansion. Over time, however, as firms grow and expand around the globe, they often need to change strategies due to the emergence of competitors. This thesis involves the case study of the specialized staffing firm SThree and the choices it faces in a changing competitive environment. The central question addressed in this thesis is: Is SThree moving towards a Global Standardization Strategy or a Transnational Strategy?en
