摘要: | 目前超音波壓電裝置雖然大量應用於牙醫臨床上,但是目前治療與診斷兩塊領域仍然尚未結合,亦即無法於牙醫治療的同時診斷。然而鼻竇上移程序時卻需要即時監測剩餘上顎骨的厚度,以避免手術時不慎造成鼻竇膜穿孔。
本研究將於超音波換能器中置入一片壓電片,利用壓電片對於應力敏感以及可直接將應變轉成電位差的特性作為感測器。換能器前端接觸不同強度的待測物時,本身會承受不同的反作用力,觀察其感測的電壓變化便可偵測待測物之剛性。另外,由於其結構與壓電變壓器相同,因此可以參考壓電變壓器的設計,以調整最後輸出的感應電壓大小與靈敏度。 研究主要將針對感測壓電片之位置與種類進行優化設計研究主要將針對感測壓電片之位置與種類進行優化設計。其剛性靈敏度可達 2.89 V-m/kN。 Undergoing micro-invasive implant surgery, ultrasonic dental tools might result in the hazards of soft tissue during sinus lift procedures. However, commercial ultrasonic instruments could not operate with ultrasonic dental tool simultaneously. Therefore, a sensor should be integrated into the transducer for ultrasonic dental tool to avoid the undesirable damage. A piece of piezoelectric ceramic ring is placed inside the transducer as a piezoelectric sensor. This sensor employs piezoelectric effect that generates different voltage under invariant mechanical excitation. By analyzing the output signals from the generator, stiffness at the contacting point between the transducer and the object could be detected. The construction of sensing system is identical to that of piezoelectric transformer. The designs of piezoelectric transformer become useful reference on adjusting the state of the senor.. Different locations and types of the sensor are designed and the effect of these factors is investigated in this study. The sensor is able to achieve high stiffness sensitivity up to 2.89 V-m/kN. |
