摘要: | 中國物流行業相較西方發達國家起步較晚,目前仍是新興的生產性服務業,缺乏健全的行業標準和相關法律法規的約束。中國一直堅持對外開放的經濟發展政策,中外物流企業必定會在未來產生競爭,且會愈加激烈,也是中國物流行業必經的重要轉捩點,是挑戰也是機遇。國內大多數物流公司仍然是傳統的貿易導向企業,其中大部分的中小型物流民營企業普遍存在發展晚、經驗少、規模小、潛力大,行業集中程度低、市場需求與供應能力不平衡等現狀;另外服務產品差異化不明顯、本地化服務能力不足、各分支機構聯動不緊密、全球化經營能力不足等也是制約其發展的不利因素。
針對以上背景,本文旨在對江蘇佳利達公司國際物流股份有限公司(“以下簡稱佳利達公司”)發展的現狀及營運策略進行研究,以明確公司未來轉型升級的戰略方向及營運策略。作為中國中小型民營物流企業的一員,佳利達公司已成為無錫地區物流標杆型企業,主要為無錫高新區消費電子、汽車零部件等領域的外企提供跨境物流服務。在近15年的發展過程中,隨著不斷熟悉掌握相關主要貿易國的關稅政策和海關制度,公司夯實了專業基礎;並從中累積了一定的客戶基礎。但隨著本人國國民經濟、人民生活水準不斷發展及提高,競爭越來越激烈,如何順應時代的變化,服務需求的提升,國家政策的調整,產業結構的轉變等進行轉型佈局、提升服務品質等已成為佳利達公司迫在眉睫需要解決的事。 本文通過文獻研究法、經驗總結法、個案研究法等研究方法和PEST分析法、SWOT分析法、波特五力分析模型等研究工具與模型,從宏觀的政策法律、經濟、物流技術、社會文化環境到競爭環境等產業環境,再到以佳利達公司為例的業務基礎、人力資源、資訊化技術財務和融資情況等內部資源綜合分析佳利達公司運營過程中的優勢、劣勢、機會和威脅。從而研究出佳利達公司在實際運營過程中轉型升級的方向及營運策略,並針對未來發展新方向研究對應的服務產品及實施的具體方案,為佳利達公司乃至整個行業帶來新的戰略性思考參考。分為主要為以下幾方面:1.建立新一代現代化物流服務系統;2.促進對外開放,拓展國際市場;3.建立全球貿易和供應鏈體系;4.打造高端行業研究平臺。 Compared with western developed countries, China's logistics industry started relatively late. It’s a rising manufacturing service industry which lacks of sound industry standards and constraints of relevant laws and regulations. China has always adhered to the economic development policy of opening up. Chinese and foreign logistics enterprises are bound to have competition in future, which will become increasingly fierce. It is also a necessary and important turning point of China's logistics industry. It’s a challenge as well as an opportunity. Most of the domestic logistics companies are still traditional trade-oriented enterprises, among which most of the small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises generally have the status quo such as late development, little experiences, small scale, large potential, low industry concentration, imbalance between market demand and supply capacity. In addition, non-obvious service product differentiation, insufficient localization service capacity, weak linkage of all branches and lacking of global management capacity is also negative factors that restricting its development. In view of the above backgrounds, this paper aims to study the development status and operation strategy of Jiangsu JD-Link International Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as JD-Link), so as to clarify the strategic direction and operation strategy of future transformation and upgrading of the company. As a member of China's small and medium-sized private logistics enterprises, JD-Link has become a logistics benchmarking enterprise in Wuxi, which mainly providing cross-border logistics services for foreign enterprises in the fields of consumer electronics and auto parts in Wuxi Hi-tech Zone. In the past 15 years, the company has consolidated its professional foundation and accumulated a certain customer base with the constant familiarity with the tariff policies and customs systems of the major trading countries. However, along with the continuous development and improvement of China's national economy and people's living standards, the competition is more and more fierce. It has become the urgent issues for JD-Link to resolve in layout transformation and service quality improvement in order to adapt to the changes of the times, improvements of service demand, adjustment of national policies and transformations of industrial structure. Through the research methods of literature research, experience summary, case study, PEST analysis, and research tools and models of SWOT analysis, Porter's five forces analysis model, the paper comprehensively analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of JD-Link in the operation process from the macro policy and law, economy, logistics technology, industrial environment such as social and cultural environment, competitive environment, and then to the comprehensively analyze the business foundation, human resources, information technology and finance. It studies the transformation and upgrading direction and operation strategy of JD-Link in the actual operation process. And it studies the corresponding service products and specific implementation plan for the new direction of future development, so as to bring a new strategic thinking reference for JD-Link and the whole industry. It can be divided into the following aspects: 1. Establish a new generation of modern logistics service system; 2. Promote opening up and expand international market; 3. Establishing a global trade and supply chain system; 4. Build a high-end industry research platform. |
