摘要: “互聯網+”作為網路時代新的企業資源,其創新性、融合性和開放性都很強,很多企業都開始利用互聯網進行創新創業。現代企業平臺和“互聯網+”的深度融合順應了當前萬眾創新的發展趨勢。企業的互聯網創新平臺不僅僅是企業用於創新的工作,同時還能夠幫助企業構建創新生態系統。企業要想利用互聯網搭建開放式創新平臺,就需要平臺參與者發揮知識共用的重要作用。這些參與者一般都具有較高的專業素質,同時能夠實現快速的知識共用,具有很強的組織粘性。企業充分利用參與者的知識共用能力,就能夠幫助企業將創新理念在更短時間內轉化為創新平臺的技術成果,從而大大提高企業的創新效率。
技術創新是提升國家核心競爭力與實現企業快速發展的關鍵。全球化市場競爭不斷加劇,使中國企業的生存發展面臨巨大威脅,市場競爭環境的變化對國內企業創新力提出了更高的要求。因此利用有限的創新資源,加快企業的自主創新步伐,對企業可持續發展具有現實意義。
當前Chesbrough教授建立的開放式創新模式引起了學術界的關注,它是企業實現內外部資源優化配置,發揮各方科技優勢,進行協調合作,加快創新步伐的一種全新的創新管理模式。國內外有大量的研究資料當中均提到了開放式創新的重要性,但對於開放式創新與企業技術績效的研究資料較少。
本文以開放式創新平臺在傳統化工行業中的應用為例,詳細描述了開放式創新平臺在化工材料研發中的現實應用。通過實踐案例分析對開放式創新平臺進行了深入的研究,並著力在該平臺下的商業模式、風險管控、智慧財產權管理和不同企業之間的差異做分析。通過分析論證,筆者認為開放式創新管理平臺在氟化工新材料開發的應用打破了原有傳統化工行業封閉式創新模式,對解決市場痛點,提升創新的品質和效率具有重要的作用。
Organizational transformation is a challenging and difficult job. Effective 'Internet +', as a new enterprise resource in the Internet era, is highly innovative, integrated and open. Many companies have begun to use the Internet for innovation and entrepreneurship. The deep integration of modern enterprise platforms and 'Internet +' conforms to the current development trend of mass innovation. An enterprise's Internet innovation platform is more than just the work that companies use to innovate, it can also help them build an innovation ecosystem. For companies to use the Internet to build open innovation platforms, platform participants need to play an important role in knowledge sharing. These participants generally have high professional qualities, can achieve rapid knowledge sharing, and have strong organizational stickiness. Enterprises make full use of participants' knowledge-sharing capabilities, which can help companies transform innovation ideas into technological achievements of innovation platforms in a shorter period of time, thereby greatly improving their innovation efficiency.
Technological innovation is the key to the country's competitive advantage and the sustainable development of enterprises. Under the environment of rapid development of technology and fierce competition in the global market, the living environment of Chinese enterprises has undergone fundamental changes, and the increasingly fierce market competition environment has posed a more serious challenge to the independent innovation ability of Chinese enterprises. Therefore, it is of strategic practical significance to make use of the limited innovation resources to improve the independent innovation ability of enterprises.
At present, the open innovation model proposed by Professor Chesbrough is becoming a hot topic of research, which provides a new innovation management model for enterprises to effectively use and integrate internal and external innovation resources, integrate the scientific and technological forces of all parties, form a joint force and improve the efficiency of innovation. There are a lot of literatures at home and abroad emphasizing the importance of open innovation, but there is a lack of research on how open innovation affects the technological innovation performance of enterprises.
Taking the application of open innovation platform in the traditional chemical industry as an example, this paper describes the practical application of open innovation platform in the research and development of chemical materials. Through the practice case study, the open innovation platform is studied in depth, and the business model, risk control, intellectual property management and differences between different enterprises under the platform are analyzed. Through the analysis and demonstration, the author thinks that the application of open innovation management platform in the development of new materials in fluorochemical industry breaks the original closed innovation mode of the traditional chemical industry, and plays an important role in solving the market pain point and improving the quality and efficiency of innovation.
