dc.description.abstract | 近年來,大家都聚焦在有機發光二極體元件在照明和顯示科技上的應用,但是藍光磷光有機發光二極體元件仍有一些問題需要克服,像是色彩的飽和度以及元件的可靠度。
在本論文中,我們針對各種可能影響藍光磷光有機發光二極體壽命的因素做一系列有系統的探討。首先,使用一種新穎的電洞注入材製作藍光磷光有機發光二極體元件,比較有無此材料對於元件效率和壽命的影響。接著,使用新穎的藍光磷光主體材料,製作藍光磷光元件來做效率和壽命上的比較。最後,因為有機發光二極體是多層異質接面的元件,在層與層之間如果有過大的能階差,很可能造成電子和電洞的累積及消光淬熄。所以最後我們製做了各種不同能階匹配條件的藍光磷光元件,去比較其效率與壽命上的差異。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) have attracted considerable attention due to their applications in lighting and display. Although there have been applications of OLEDs, there are still issues in the long-term stability of the blue phosphorescent devices.
In this thesis, we investigated some factors that influence the lifetime of blue phosphorescent OLEDs. First, we used a novel organic hole-injection material and investigated its effect on the efficiency and lifetime of OLED devices. Then, we used several novel organic host materials to fabricate blue phosphorescent OLED devices, and tested their efficiencies and lifetimes. Because OLED is a hetero-junction device, interfaces which have large energy-level mismatch may cause accumulation of the holes and electrons and excitons quenching. So, we also fabricated OLEDs with different energy-level alignment to compare their efficiency and lifetime. | en |
