摘要: | 機械產業是工業之母,機械設備更是生產製造的主要工具,台灣機械加工製造產業以中小企業為主體,具備完整的產業聚落;而台灣在ICT資通訊領域的發展也具相當規模,台灣製造經驗更是領導全球代工OEM/ODM領域。在「工業4.0」智慧製造的浪潮下,台灣「機械加工製造」產業,可利用台灣資通訊的技術與經驗,結合物聯網、大數據、雲計算等新技術發展,使企業有「數位化」資訊導入與轉型的機會,以提升機械產業的技術基礎,未來可用資料與數據來創造服務的附加價值,並整合跨領域的產業創新合作,建構智慧製造系統,以創新的產業鏈與營運模式,使台灣在全球製造業領域、智慧機械、機械加工製造產業仍持續保有國際化的產業競爭力與技術能力。 本研究經訪談「機械加工製造產業」、「金屬製品製造產業」、「機械設備造產業」經營管理者有關機械產業數位化轉型,歸納由資訊的角度導入與業者所面臨的痛點,提出數位化所帶來的效益,再給予數位化轉型與智慧製造轉型的建議,對於台灣機械製造產業的未來展望,希望藉由機械加工產業的數位化轉型探討,進而對台灣產業的智慧製造與機械產業升級有所貢獻。 Machinery industry is the foundation of all manufacturing activities. The machining industry in Taiwan are mostly small and middle size enterprise with complete industrial cluster. On the other hand, the development of information communication technology (ICT) in Taiwan was also presented as a considerable scale which greatly enhance the manufacturing level of Taiwan toward a leading position in the field of OEM/ODM. While undergoing the trend of 'Industry 4.0', related development and innovation grown rapidly, the task of utilizing the advantages of the accumulated experience from Taiwan’s ICT industry became vital to industry which heavily rely on labor force, such as machinery manufacturing industry. The combination of technology from IoT era could further strengthen the fundamental technique of the machinery manufacturing industry via 'digitalization' and transformation from the implementation of the information system. For the outlook, value added service could be create through the accumulation of data which foster the innovation of cross disciplinary cooperation for the construction of smart manufacturing system. Innovation in industrial chain and business model will keep the competitiveness of the machinery manufacturing industry on an international level. This study will conduct interviews from managerial personnel from machinery manufacturing companies regarding the difficulties during the transformation of the implementation of information system. With better understanding of difficulties, the result of this research aims to contribute to the future transformation of the Taiwanese machinery manufacturing industry by providing recommendation to reduce the hardship for development of smart manufacturing system. |
