摘要: | 建設業為國內重要民生產業之一,近年也由於房地產建設等相關蓬勃商機而有持續成長之勢,而該產業從發展之初追求經濟規模、累積學習經驗曲線,目前則以彈性發展策略、建全業者己身之財務管理能力、以至近代以顧客導向及全球化概念等。但目前相關工程有進入門檻較低,且服務內容差異不大等因素,使整體產業開始呈現紅海競爭局勢,而未來國內相關業者能否結合己身之基礎能力及發動垂直整合及內部化策略,進而使企業更具有議價能力以及具備完整性服務能力,進而獲取更高之利潤來源,則為本研究主要研究主軸。經由相關文獻探討及個案深入探討結果,歸納有以下之重要發現:
1. 相關建設業者應考量己身之基礎核心能耐,以及交易成本等因素進行垂直整合策略 2. 相關建設業者進行垂直整合之關鍵成功因素,應考量層面包含產業特性及結構、企業競爭策略及定位、總體環境以及其他企業特殊或短暫因素 3. 相關建設業者應重新檢視己身核心能力(RBV),進而轉型至具較高之高附加價值產業鏈區段,並思考相關合作機會 Construction industry is an important livelihood one in Taiwan. In recent years, because of the trend of booming real estate industry, the opportunities of construction business are growing. The development of the construction industry begins from the pursuit of economies of scale, learning the experience curve and currently makes flexible development strategies, building the financial management capacity, now emphasizing the customer-oriented and globalization concepts. But the industry barriers to entry are lower and the service contents are indifferent so that the competition of the whole industry is becoming the Red Sea. So whether the related enterprises could combine their basic capacities and make the vertical integration and internal strategies in the future to get the key competencies of the industry value chain and have more bargaining power to obtain higher profit are the main issues of the thesis. Through the literatures review and cases study, the several important findings are listed as followings: 1. Related construction enterprises should consider the core foundation capacities and the factors of transaction costs to make vertical integration strategies. 2. Key successful factors of vertical integration strategies for construction enterprises should consider characteristics and structure of the industry, the competitive strategy and positioning, the overall business environment and other special or temporary factors. 3. Related construction enterprises should re-examine the core capacity (Resource-Based View, RBV), then transform to a higher value-added chain segments and think about the relevant cooperation opportunities. |
