摘要: | 在肌力訓練的過程中,教練常常會依據不同學員的狀況設定一組適合的菜單給 學員去訓練,然而人們每天的生心理狀況不盡相同,教練往往需要在旁邊指導以 及保護學員.當一個教練擁有多個學員而不能一對一的監督或是學員今天的身體 狀態不佳,教練無法快速地掌握學員狀況,學員可能在這些訓練下導致受傷.
在缺乏教練監督的情形下,有些人希望可以在超負荷訓練中獲得更有效率地肌 肉適能強化,並高估了自己的體能以及肌力而導致受傷;另一方面有些人則是無 法準確地瞭解自己的狀況而心態較為保守的做訓練,此種情形則是失去了練習的 效率,所以去預測力竭是非常重要的問題. 本論文中,我們提出了一個預測力竭的模型,利用健身腰帶上的一顆六軸慣性 感測單元資料來收集並分析加速規、陀螺儀的資料,並在不同的特徵中,選擇了 動態時間校正所算出的特徵.此系統對於力竭的敏感度為 90.00% 勝於專業教練 的預測敏感度 38.89%,在最後與教練的訪談中,也普遍認為此系統的確可以幫助 教練在訓練學員上降低受傷風險,並且更快速的了解學員今天的生心理狀況來調 整菜單. In muscular training, the coach usually sets a appropriate training program for each trainee according to his status. However, a person’s status will change day by day. The coach always needs to guide and protects the trainee aside. When a coach has multiple trainees and can not monitor them one by one or the trainee’s status not well today and the coach can not understand their status in short time. The trainee might be hurt in the program. Without monitoring by the coach, some people intend to train to failure for getting more effectiveness and overestimated their condition and strength result in injury. On the other hand, some people afraid of training to failure due to cautious thinking and loss the training effectiveness. Hence, it is worth to predict the failure when people doing squat. In this thesis, we propose a failure prediction model. It collects and analyses data of the accelerometer and the gyroscope by a single six axis inertial measurement unit on the weightlifting belt. We use dynamic time warping algorithm for feature extraction. The sensitivity of the system is 90.00% which is better than the coaches’ prediction sensitivity, 38.89%. After interviewing the professional coaches, they all agree that the system can help the coach to reduce the risk of injury and to understand the trainee’s status faster for modifying the program. |
